. At this time, version 0.13a is in development. Initially, 0.13a was only intended to address some bug fixes, but I decided that it'd be better to include additional content in it as well - namely the Mechagodzilla City gauntlet. 

. The meat of the update is done, but there are a handful of items that still remain (including possibly a new character). As a result, the update will be pushed to May. As always, things can change, but more than likely 0.13a will be done by May, and not get pushed beyond.

. Regarding the free public build - note that this will only be released at the same time as version 0.13a, and not anytime before. Basically, there is no public build for the 0.13 beta due to the changes mentioned in point one. Please note that if you're waiting specifically for the public build, I'd advise you to temper your expectations about this build, since it will have quite a few limitations compared to the supporter build. These limitations will be published once 0.13a is released, and not anytime before.
